SHIFTING THE BALANCE

Charlotte Moore and John McVay invite you to an exclusive industry diversity day at the BBC on Friday 8th July 2016.

We believe that both broadcasters and the independent sector have a joint responsibility to better reflect the UK’s rich and diverse population. To do this we have to work collaboratively. We’re committed to changing the face of TV and the diversity of our industry and we realise that this requires new and different ways of working.

At this special event Charlotte Moore and her team will set-out the broadcaster’s plans for improved diversity across TV, and importantly how it will impact on the suppliers they work with. This will be an interactive day comprising keynote speeches in the morning and panel discussions and workshops in the afternoon to help us all deliver against the BBC’S diversity targets.
